1. Your Right to Cancel

If you receive your order and you are unsatisfied, or you changed your mind about the purchase you may return your order to us within 30 days of receipt for a refund.

Cost of return shipping shall be covered by the buyer, unless you have received the wrong item, or reported your item damaged within 24 hours of receipt.

Returned items must be in original, unused, and good condition as it was received. The return must be in it original packaging and all accessories/parts are included.

This 30 day returns policy EXCLUDES Cut-to-Fit/Altered/Made to Measure or user modified items.

Please ensure the order number, name and reason for return is noted and included in the package.

Please allow 3 business days for us to inspect the returned items before your refund is issued.

The buyer has the responsibility to package the returned items properly as we will NOT accept damaged in transit items. If ever your return is damaged in transit, we will inform you immediate for you to claim from your courier’s insurance.

Important Note: We can only offer refunds under this return policy, not exchanges. Should you need another product, please purchase it as a separate transaction from our website.


2. Damaged/Incorrect Orders

In the unlikely case where you received a wrong item or the item was damaged in transit please do accept our sincerest apologies. Contact us immediately after the receipt we will have the situation resolved as quickly as we possibly can. For faster resolution, please send us an image of the damaged item to [email protected] for us to process your replacement. Please include relevant info for the purchase such as your order number and delivery postcode.


3. Returns after 30 days

To guarantee your utmost satisfaction with your purchase, all items in our store are covered by our 12 month warranty (excluding abuse, failure caused by misuse, alterations, or user damage. Should you need any further technical support, please CLICK HERE or call us at 01698 285 973 (within store hours 9am-4:30pm).

The same procedure and address shall be used if you return an item under our 12 month policy. Please make sure to include your reason for returning.

Upon inspection, if manufacturing fault is confirmed, items will be replaced if there is stock availability. Otherwise a refund may be issued.


4. Made to Measure Orders

Made to measure produces cannot be returned. If they are damaged or incorrect, a repair or replacement will be offered.

If you are buying a made to measure product and you are unsure of the quality, please ask for a sample and we will supply this for the cost of the postage only
